Subway construction in China is in a period of rapid development,the construction environment is complex,difficult,resulting in subway construction safety accidents have occurred,inevitably resulting in economic losses and casualties.However,subway construction site safety management is the most important influence factors,so in the construction site to strengthen safety management work,in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.Through the establishment of subway project construction safety management evaluation system,realizes the real evaluation of subway construction safety situation,and take corresponding measures to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in construction of subway,provide strong support for the development of subway construction safety management work.Through the research on the subway project construction safety management evaluation of the status quo,the safety assessment of China's subway construction mainly according to the"subway engineering construction safety evaluation standard",the evaluation standard is still in semi quantitative level,this paper attempts to establish a quantitative model of subway project construction safety evaluation,and reasonable evaluation of the safety of subway construction.In this paper,subway construction safety accident statistics,analysis of the types of accidents during construction and potentially unsafe,by accident causing theory and index system construction principle,combined with the characteristics of subway construction and reference case studies experts and scholars,the establishment of personnel,machinery and equipment and materials,management,environmental four-level indicators,two levels,construction safety evaluation system Metro 17 secondary factor indicators.Secondly,through the study of subway construction safety evaluation method proposed safety evaluation index weights of the factors,and the method for determining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining,theory of subway project construction safety evaluation model based on fuzzy set is determined.Finally,Qingdao subway project as an example of fuzzy set theory safety evaluation model established in this paper,the project examples qualitative analysis to verify the operability of the model of rationality,the evaluation result of the determination by the Qingdao Metro construction safety evaluation level,combined with the construction site and suggestions for improvement of measures to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the subway project construction safety management,safety is important to ensure that the metro construction...
