With the development of China's economy,state investment in infrastructure is also increasing rapidly.Due to China's vast and complicated geological conditions,highway tunnels,railway tunnels,subways and other underground projects are increasing.Construction of those underground projects often encounters various kinds of unfavorable geologic bodies,such as fault,karsts and underground water,which have triggered more and more the closing disaster during construction of tunnel.Based on the research on the road,rail and metro closing disaster during construction of tunnel which has been built and under construction instances and the relationship between the closing disaster during construction of tunnel and geological disaster and disaster-causing structures,Systematically proposed three kinds of geological disaster types which may trigger the closing disaster during construction of tunnel:deformation instability collapse of surrounding rock mass,mud burst and inside debris flow and the factors of geological disaster;Meanwhile proposed seven disaster-causing structures of deformation instability collapse of surrounding rock mass,six mud burst disaster-causing structures,and two inside debris flow disaster-causing structures;Summed up three kinds of anti-collapse outburst prevention rock plate type and six kinds of failure modes and failure factors;Proposed two kinds of disaster patterns of the closing disaster during construction of tunnel which caused by surrounding rock instability tunnel collapse,three kinds of disaster patterns of the closing disaster during construction of tunnel which caused by mud burst and two kinds of disaster patterns of the closing disaster during construction of tunnel which caused by inside debris flow;proposed four causes of closing disaster during construction of tunnel,included collapse due to the uncorrected of surrounding rock mass classes there disaster-causing structure located so that initial support parameters adjustment hasn't done and initial support no construction,mud burst and debris flow due to destruction of the self mud-resisting rock-soil plate or complex mud-resisting rock-soil plate by low strength or small thickness,change of the mud burst disaster-causing structure and water inrush-mud burst disaster-causing structure,mud burst due to the shear failure of jointed and cracked mud-resisting rock-soil plate along the preferred plane,and mud burst due to the destruction of the mud-resisting rock plate with blasting vibration,were proposed on the basis of investigation of closing disaster during construction of tunnel,and analysis the relationship between closing disaster and geological hazards.Finally,this paper preliminary proposes the control system of the closing disaster during construction of tunnel.
