This paper studies the high power microwave(HPM)effect of compounded homing radar guided missile and proposes a reasonable evaluation method.The Corresponding relation between HPM radiation intensity and major evaluation indicators such as miss disstance and the hit probability has been established,through theoretical analysis,digital simulation and data processing.It turns out that attacking air-to-air missile with HPMW is effective,this will provides important reference basis for the design of HPMW and improving missile's survivability under the environment of HPM.The innovative works of this paper include:(1)The test and evalution method of HPM effect to compound guidance radar is proposed.The HPM effect model is established based on the radar's Angular deviation data,which is got from the near-field,static,low power irradiation tests In the interior.Then input the angular deviation data into a flight control simulation system,to generate HPM effect data of missile,which flies under the HPM condition.Finally miss distance evaluation model under different scenarios is set up,and the quantitative relationship between HPM power density and the radar compound guided missile's performance(miss distance,hit probability)is established,through dealing with miss distant data.(2)Putting forward the reasonable HPM irradiation experiment scheme for a typical composite guidance radarThrough analyzing the radar's working principle and signal fusion model,the parameters of HPM source is reasonably set,and efficient irradiation experiment process is developped,enough useful data is obtained base on the limited test.(3)HPM effect quantitative mathematical model of compound guidance radar is set upThe amount of irradiation data is limited by the financial resources,so the quantitative relationship between HPM power density and compound guidance radar is established wiht the least squares polynomial fitting method based on the processing results of irradiation data got in anechoic chamber,the data needed for the late evaluation can get from the model.(4)The method to evaluation the performance of radar compound guided missile under HPM effect is proposedA new method based on missile-target geometry count and statistical scale of intercepting time is proposed to estimate the HPM effect dynamicly,it shows the missile's capture state in different ballistic position.So it's helpful to select appropriate HPM attack range when the relationship between missile-target geometry and HPM effect is clear.(5)By processing the output data of air-to-air missile digital flight control simulation system,this paper puts forward a modeling method of HPM effect to radar composite guided missile,and the quantitative relationship between the HPM power density and missile's key performance indicators(miss distance,hit probability)is established.
