Some sections of the type slot in 1314 working face of Xiaoyun coal mine are deformed and destroyed seriously,the support fails,the intuitive strength of coal and rock mass is low,the overlying fine sandstone roof shows the phenomenon of layered fracture,and the local roof fall occurs in a large area,and it seriously hinders the progress of mining work in Xiaoyun Coal Mine.The field investigation found that the coal pillar was too narrow to maintain the stability of the roadway,which led to serious deformation of the roadway and forced the production of the 1314 working face to stop.Therefore,there is an urgent need for the mine to design a reasonable roadway protection coal pillar to realize the economic benefits of the 1314 working face on the premise of ensuring the safe mining of the working face.First of all,through the on-site investigation,this paper obtains the stress distribution law of the working face and the on-site geological conditions,predicts the potential risk of the 1314 working face,and the optimized width of coal pillar is 28m.On this basis,through the fuzzy evaluation method,the economic benefit under the width of the coal pillar is analyzed,and the management details before resuming production are strengthened by 6S management mode,and the bad management habits are standardized.Further,to ensure that the mining work of 1314 working face is carried out smoothly.The coal quality management in the process of on-site coal production is strengthened,the coal quality is improved and the production cost is reduced.Finally,the economic benefits before and after coal pillar optimization are compared and analyzed by the way of quantitative analysis.Compared with the coal pillar before optimization,the production of 1314 working face after optimization can create 106.5315857 million yuan of economic value for the work of Xiaoyun Coal Mine,which further verifies the rationality of the design of roadway coal pillar width.
