The dressing provides a temporary barrier for the damaged skin,which can protect the wound from microbial infection until the wound is healed.Compared with the traditional cotton dressing,gel dressing possess higher safety,better absorption of wound exudate,keep microcirculation balance of wound microenvironment and accelerate wound healing.In addition,the softness and non adhesion of the gel have significant advantages,which can be removed without damage to the tissue.Gel is particularly suitable for common skin injuries such as scratches,scratches,bedsores and other skin injuries.The gel dressing developed in recent years has unparalleled advantages and has been widely concerned by researchers.In this paper,natural polymer and synthetic polymer were used as carriers to prepare functional hydrogel dressings,and a series of functional wound dressings with corresponding mechanical properties and antibacterial properties were prepared,so as to maintain the sterile environment of wound surface and promote wound healing.Three parts are designed as follows:?1?We choose?-cyclodextrin as raw material,supramolecular polymer organic hydrogel was synthesized by supramolecular interaction between cyclodextrin and azobenzene.The hydrogel still has certain mechanical properties at low temperature.Firstly,the main molecule of the poly-?-cyclodextrin was synthesized by cross-linking reaction.Then,the monomers of acrylamide Azobenzene Containing guest molecules were synthesized from 4-azoaniline and acryloyl chloride.Then,the supramolecular polymer organic gel was synthesized by copolymerization of the monomers of acrylamide azobenzene and the?-cyclodextrin.The successful synthesis of poly?cyclodextrin?and acrylamide azobenzene was proved through FT-IR.The composition and structure of the material were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The results showed that there were covalent networks provided by propylene group and noncovalent networks between cyclodextrin and azobenzene.The freezing resistance of the hydrogel was proved by the mechanical property test at low temperature.The results show that the gel can keep the original mechanical properties in the cold field,protect the wound to a certain extent,and avoid the further deterioration of the wound.?2?We reported a novel antibacterial hydrogel was prepared through the addition of IT to a chitin?CT?and polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?hydrogel,and created a promising material for wound dressings.With chitin?CT?as raw material,the mechanical strength of the hydrogel was increased by compounding with polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?,and then the preparation process of the hydrogel was optimized by embedding the nano structured photocatalyst I-TiO2 into the hydrogel to improve the antibacterial performance.The structure of the hydrogel dressing was characterized by IR,XRD,SEM and TEM.The results showed that the composite hydrogel had good antibacterial activity under visible light.The cytotoxic test?L929 fibroblasts?showed that all the samples could achieve 80%cell viability.In addition,the wound healing test showed that the composite hydrogel can accelerate the wound healing compared with the conventional dressing.The wound closure rate reached 95.5%after 10 days.The results showed that the hydrogel had great potential in wound dressing..?3?We choose copolymerization of?-cyclodextrin and polyethylene glycol with acrylamide to synthesize the double network hydrogel substrate.Then,we embed the liposome of amopipine in the hydrogel as the drug storage,which been improved the antibacterial performance of the hydrogel,reduced the drug resistance of microorganisms,and avoided the abuse of antibiotics.Through SEM,TEM,and particle size analysis,the successful synthesis of drug loaded liposome and double network hydrogel was proved.The results of antibacterial test and cytotoxicity test showed that the drug loaded liposome gel system possessed good performance on the drug release,inhibition of microbial infection and good biocompatibility.The results showed that the prepared hydrogel material had a good prospect in the field of wound dressing.
