Taking the Hongqingliang first mining face as an example,this thesis establishes the FAHP-TOPSIS model to evaluate the marker gas of different measuring points,obtains the ideal close scale,judges the natural ignition risk of the measuring point,and drills the dangerous measuring point.The inhibitor prevents spontaneous ignition.The natural ignition characteristics of the Hongqingliang 3-1 coal seam coal sample were determined by thermogravimetric experiments,and the oxidation activity was determined to be strong.It also played a key role in the spontaneous combustion of the goaf.Strengthening measures were needed to ensure that the goaf does not spontaneously ignite.The situation:analysis of the CO monitoring data of the goaf,and the demonstration gas detection experiment of the Hongqingliang coal sample.The initial temperature of the spontaneous combustion of the C2H4,C2H6,C2H2 and C3H8 of the Hongqingliang 3-1 coal seam is 86.0°C.116.4°C,177.5°C,86.0°C;with the help of the beam tube monitoring system,the coal oxidation and gas observation in the goaf during the first 11301 working face with or without faults,near the J10fault,the thickness of the remaining coal increases,in the coal equivalent In the case of oxygen consumption,the greater the thickness of the remaining coal,the more coal remains,the more absolute the amount of CO is produced,the CO concentration with the return airflow is naturally high,and the thickness of the remaining coal in the goaf at the stage of excessive fault can be Up to 1.6m;1.5m of coal was removed from the top of the fault during the overburden,resulting in more residual coal in the goaf,causing the danger of spontaneous combustion in the goaf;based on field measured data,FAHP-TOPSIS model was predicted by establishing the iconic gas Structure.The iconic gas score sheet is used to obtain the ideal close to the scale to judge the degree of natural fire hazard of the measuring point;for the measuring point with natural fire hazard,the coal wall drilling point is fixed to the goaf injection inhibitor The design,the injection amount,concentration of the inhibitor and the specific embodiment were determined.The model predicts the natural fire hazard of the goaf and the method of preventing the spontaneous combustion by drilling the injecting agent.It is not only applicable to the Hongqingliang Coal Mine,but also can be extended to other coal mines to predict the natural fire hazard in the goaf and take effective preventive measures.This thesis has 16 figures,8 tables and 55 references.
