Various compounds with aggregation-induced luminescence?AIE?properties are attracting more and more attention because of their excellent luminescent properties in aggregates,and pyridine and its derivatives can be used as adjuvants and important drugs.AIE compounds are further functionalized and will expand the AIE species to extend the range of applications.In this paper,a novel AIE compound was synthesized by combining hexiophenylene butadiene with pyridine salt with AIE performance,and the luminescence performance and its application of the product were studied.In this paper,a series of hexylbutadiene derivatives 4'-(?1E,1'E?-???1E,3E?-1,2,3,4-tetraphenyl?were successfully synthesized by Suzuki and Heck reactions.?1E,1'E?-???1E,3E?-1,2?bis?1,4-phenylene?bisbromide?HPB-Br?,?1,4-phenylene?bis?ethylene-1,2-diyl???bis-N-methylpyridinium?HPB-Py?,4,4'-(?1E,1'E?-(??1E,3E?-1,2,3,4-tetraphenylbutan-1,3-diene?2-yl??bis?N-methylpyridinium?iodide?HPB-PyM?,4,4'-(?1E,1'E?-((?1E,3E?-1,2,3,4-tetraphenylbutan-1,3-diene?1,4-phenylene?bis?ethylene-1,2-diyl??P-methylpyridinium?hexafluorophosphate?HPB-PF6?,4,4'-(?1E,1'E?-???1E,3E?-1,2,3,4-tetraphenylbut?Ethylene-1,2-diyl???bis?N-methylpyridinium?perchlorate?HPB-ClO4?,4(4E-?1E,1'E?-???1E,3E?-1,2,3,4-tetraphenylbutan-1,3-diene?1,4-phenylene??Ethylene-1,2-diyl???bis?N-methylpyridinium?tetrafluoroborate?HPPB-BF4?,and their photophysical properties were studied by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy.These all compounds have aggregation-induced luminescence phenomena,and the fluorescence intensity of the pyridiniumgroups is relatively lower,but both the UV absorption and the fluorescence emission wavelengths are relatively red-shifted.Among these synthetic derivatives,HPB-Py,HPB-PyM and HPB-ClO4 showed different irritant responses,and HPB-ClO4 had good reproducibility.HPB-PyM enables the detection of mercury ion specificity by AIE mechanism,the detection limit can reach 4.153?mol/L,and has strong anti-interference.HPB-PF6,HPB-ClO4,HPPB-BF4 are able todetect egg ovalbumin,and HPB-PF6 was more sensitive among these,which detection limit can reach405 ng/mL.In addition,HPB-PF6 has a good“turn-on”detection of H5N1 hemagglutinin protein,and in a concentration of 0 to 1.8?g/mL have a good linear relationship,and the detection limit is up to 260 ng/mL.These compounds synthesized in this paper broaden the study of the nature of AIE,verify the mechanism of AIE properties,and have a good application in chemical probe and biological probe prospect.
