In recent years,with the increasingly strict environmental protection laws and regulations,environmental protection has attracted more and more attention,and the recovery and treatment technology of sulfur-containing waste has also been developed rapidly.The waste sulfuric acid produced by the 200000 t / a alkylation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company has no treatment capacity.The waste acid of 35 tons per day can only be transported to the slag yard for landfill treatment due to the lack of treatment capacity,which increases the production cost of alkylation oil and also causes environmental pollution.Therefore,it is urgent to build a new set of alkylation waste sulfuric acid treatment plant to realize the control of waste acid after treatment.In view of the small scale of the waste sulfuric acid treatment plant,less equipment requirements,fixed raw materials and relatively simple raw material composition,the above characteristics are fully considered when selecting the process scheme,and the P & P wet sulfuric acid process is proposed.The control of furnace oxygen content,fuel gas composition and exhaust gas emission directly affect the sulfur recovery rate of P & P wet sulfuric acid regeneration unit,and also affect the safe and stable operation of the equipment.After the analysis of process operation data and equipment conditions,the relevant process parameters were adjusted and the equipment was optimized,especially the key parameters such as bed temperature and furnace oxygen content.After the optimization of the system easy dew point,the problems such as the treatment capacity not reaching the design value and environmental protection often exceeding the standard were solved.The device realized the long-term and large-scale operation of the unit.The research results of this paper can be used as reference for the optimization of full load and long-term production of similar domestic process.
