In recent years,under the new macroeconomic situation,the steel trade industry has entered a comprehensive adjustment period and is in a new stage of industrial transformation.After the steel trade crisis in 2012,in the "big shuffle" of traditional steel trade enterprises,steel e-commerce rose suddenly.Relying on information platform to help traders and terminals to achieve financing,it formed a closed loop through logistics,identified and controlled risks,and then formed value.C company is a traditional logistics enterprise that relies on steel to carry out trade,logistics and other businesses for a long time.Under the influence of market environment in recent years,C company faces difficulties in development due to its backward business model,low efficiency of business process and low degree of informatization.In order to cope with various difficulties,C company decides to integrate its business and optimize its business process by building a steel supply chain business information platform,and on this basis,provide customers with more convenient and efficient business services and improve its competitiveness.Based on the above reasons,this paper chooses the construction scheme of C company's steel supply chain business information platform as the research object.In this paper,literature research method is adopted to study the knowledge and theories needed for the construction of steel supply chain business information platform,case study method is adopted to study the construction of C company's steel supply chain business information platform,and field investigation method is adopted to understand the business and business process of C company's steel supply chain.In the process of research,on the basis of the theory of the enterprise information management,generalizes the basic system of C company's informatization,to C company information management present situation and the present situation of the steel supply chain business information management are described,the C steel business information management problems are analyzed,and aimed at these problems puts forward the solution of construction supply chain business information platform.This paper describes the current situation and problems of steel supply chain business process of C company,proposes methods of process optimization and process evaluation by using business process management theory,and classifies the existing processes.A process optimization case is presented to illustrate how these methods are used.Using the construction method of information platform,the construction scheme of C company's supply chain information business platform is designed,including the subsystem,function and structure of the platform.Some basicstrategies and guarantee measures are proposed for the construction of C company's supply chain business information platform.Through research,this paper puts forward the concrete construction of C company's steel supply chain business information platform.It can guide the construction of C company's steel supply chain business information platform,and provide reference for other companies to build supply chain business information platform for steel or other commodities.
