Basic on research and judgment of the domestic and foreign iron concentrate resources market,combined with its own sintering process conditions and the current situation of the original fuel,Tangsteel purchased South African iron concentrate and increased the production capacity of the local iron concentrate,with a view to further excavate the efficiency of iron concentrate resources.After the structural adjustment of iron concentrate resources,in order to ensure the stability of sintering technical and economic indicators and meet the quality requirements of subsequent processes for sinter,it is necessary to carry out the optimization research work on the sintering ore matching.With the help of laboratory testing methods,metallurgical properties such as chemical composition,particle size composition,maximum water absorption,trace element content,assimilation performance and other metallurgical properties of three iron concentrate powders in South Africa,Yanshan and Sijiaying were tested and analyzed.By means of the industrial experiment system of Tanggang No.1 sintering machine,the influence rule of the sintering process,the metallurgical properties of sinter and the production cost above three kinds of iron concentrate on Tanggang was studied.In addition,the suitable iron concentrate proportion of South African,Yanshan and Sijiaying Tanggang was determined..South African iron concentrate has high iron grade,the price per tonne of South African iron concentrate is 49.06 yuan lower than the Brazilian Carajas powder,increasing the ratio of South African iron concentrate is beneficial to improve the grade of sintering ore and reduce the cost of sintering ore matching;but the TiO2 content and P content of South African iron concentrate are relatively high and the ball-forming performance is poor,when the ratio reaches more than 5%,will cause the sintering layer breathability obviously deterioration,sintering ore low temperature reduction powdering and other indicators deterioration,to the normal smelting of blast furnace and the subsequent production of low P varieties of steel adverse impact.The low content of Al2O3 of Yanshan iron concentrate is beneficial to reduce the Al2O3 content in Tangsteel sintering ore and blast furnace slag,and create favorable conditions for improving the metallurgical performance of sintering ore and blast furnace smelting process;when the ratio of Yanshan iron concentrate increases within the 10% range,it can be prolonged to maintain high temperature in the sintering process,the rate of burning,the yield of sintering machine and the metallurgical performance of sintering ore are slightly improved or basically stable.The hydrophilic properties of Sijiaying iron concentrate are better,assimilation performance and liquid-phase fluidity can be slightly better than the above two iron concentrate,when the ratio of Sijiaying iron concentrate in the 11% range increase,the main technical and economic indicators of sintering slightly increased or basically remained stable.the ratio of Sijiaying iron concentrate continues to increase,the permeability of the sinter layer,the sintering product ratio,and the low-temperature reduction and pulverization performance of the sinter ore have deteriorated,but the reduction of sinter is slightly improved.Under the current technological conditions of Tangsteel,the suitable matching ratio of South Africa,Yanshan and Sijiaying iron concentrate are 5%,10% and 11%,respectively.Figure 39;Table 27;Reference 53...
