The gas-liquid two-phase reactor is widely used in the chemical process,and the gas-liquid two-phase flow and mass transfer are also very important in the chemical production.It is very important to study the gas-liquid mass transfer mechanism and how to strengthen mass transfer for the optimization and improvement of mass transfer equipment such as gas-liquid reactors.Previous studies on mass transfer of single bubble are mainly limited to the bubble in a static liquid system,and the bubbles appear in the form of a large number of bubble groups.In this case,the bubbles are only affected by the gravity and buoyancy.The main contents of the study are the analysis of fluid flow field,calculation of gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient and prediction of mass transfer model.In real industry,gas-liquid mass transfer is mostly in the form of turbulence.This kind of liquid-phase static mass transfer research is rarely used in actual chemical production and engineering,and has little impact on industrial valueThe purpose of this study is to investigate the gas-liquid mass transfer characteristics of single bubble in turbulent flow field and the influence of surfactant on the mass transfer of single bubble.The experiment is carried out in the turbulent square cavity flow field.The bubble motion is photographed and recorded by high-speed imaging technology.The image is processed by MATLAB software,and the relevant data are processed by Origin software.Finally,the long and short axis,volume of the bubble and their relationship with time are obtained.Further processing is carried out to obtain the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient The mass transfer conditions under different operating conditions are studied.In addition,the effect of surfactant type and the concentration of surfactant on the mass transfer of single bubble was studied.It is found that the mass transfer coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of surfactant concentration,and reaches the maximum when the concentration of the surfactant reaches its critical value.The number of carbon in alcohol activator also has a certain effect on mass transfer.In this paper,the model of gas-liquid mass transfer with surfactant is also explore d,and the mechanism of surfactant effect on gas-liquid mass transfer is analyzed and explained through the relevant model.
