There are protein 51%,oil and grease 29%and chitin 20%,in the dry production of Tenebrio molitor Linneeus larvae.We will do research with chitin mainly on the basis of the extraction of protein and oil grease.The optimal technological parameters of the deceleration were obtained by the experiment,chemical oxidation was used with 3 oxidizing agents to destain the chitin by the combination single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment.The result indicated that:the best oxidizing agent of chitin deceleration is H2O2.The most suitable technological parameters were:concentration of H2O2 was 20%,ratio of solid to liquid was 1:15,ultrasonic temperature was 55?,ultrasound time was 3h.The product made in lab was white amorphous solid,and its whiteness is 70.3.Though the analysis,the best method to prepare the chitosan was using trypsase with assistance of ultrasonic wave and the most suitable technological parameters were:the amount of trypsin was 180U/100 g,pH 8,ultrasonic temperature was 35?,ultrasound time was 3h.The product made in lab was white powder,and its degree of deacetylation is 69.8.The quality index of the chitosan attained the national industrial grade standard.It was the first time to product discolored chitin and chitosan of tenebrio molitor with the ultrasonic technology,which provide a integrated innovation implementation way to product chitosan with worm shell of Tenebrio molitor Linneeus.The analysis result indicated that the method of ultrasonic technology was effective but low polluted.There are not researchers who use the ultrasonic technology to research the constituents of tenebrio molitor so far.This result will have a positive effect on the development and utilization of tenebrio molitor.
