In recent years,China's economy develops rapidly,the urbanization process speeds up,and the land use change cycle becomes shorter and shorter.In some areas,the land use expands blindly,and the unreasonable land use mode destroys the regional ecological environment and restricts the regional development.In the process of regional economic development and the protection of ecological environment,it is necessary to make a reasonable plan for the land use,so as to achieve the coordinated and unified utilization of the economic benefit and ecological benefit of the land.This research in land use structure complex,fragile ecological environment of the Yellow River delta core area of Dongying Kenli area as the research object,through field survey,remote sensing survey and data collection methods for multi-source data,analyze the characteristics of present land use situation in the study area,the suitability of land use and ecological environment evaluation,and then through the model fitting the future land use condition in the study area,and carries on the structure adjustment and structure optimization.The main findings are as follows:(1)Land use types and characteristics: Selecting the spring remote sensing images of2005,2009,2013 and 2017,extracting the land use type information and spatial analysis,the study found that the structure of land use type in reclamation area is relatively complex,the flower arrangement distribution of each land use type is serious,the distribution of salt wasteland is the most extensive but decreasing trend,followed by cultivated land and increasing year by year,the overall soil in the study area is alkaline and poor fertility.(2)Land use suitability evaluation: Based on the remote sensing data,GIS data and statistical data,the suitability evaluation of construction land,cultivated land and forest grassland is carried out respectively,which is divided into five grades: highly suitable,highly suitable,generally suitable,critical suitable and unsuitable.The results showed that theproportion of species height and high suitability was 30.87%,36.35% and 36.84%respectively,and the land use suitability was generally at a medium low level,and gradually increased from coastal to inland.Compared with the current situation of land use,the spatial distribution of construction land and cultivated land in the study area is reasonable,with82.0% and 59.04% respectively distributed in the high and high suitable areas,and 47.4% of forest and grassland distributed in the critical suitable areas,which needs to be protected.(3)Evaluation of ecological environment: The evaluation indexes are selected from two aspects of environmental resource and environmental quality constraints,and the evaluation model of ecological environment condition in the study area is constructed,which is divided into five grades: excellent,good,medium,bad and bad.The results show that the proportion of the ecological environment in the study area is 0.10%,7.60%,30.8%,38.7% and 22.8%respectively,which is generally at a medium low level,and gradually improves from the coast to the inland,forming the obvious zonation of the vulnerable area,the transitional area and the stable area of the ecological environment,and the main land use mode is also changed from the beach(47.37%)in the vulnerable area to the artificial water(32.74%),which is over Salt wasteland(31.85%)+ cultivated land(27.49%),then cultivated land(36.84%)+ construction land(18.45%).(4)Spatial simulation prediction and optimal allocation of land use: through the construction of the CLUE-S model,the spatial simulation prediction of land use in the study area is carried out,and the 2017 data is used as the verification,the kappa coefficient is 87%,and the simulation effect is good.Then on the basis of land demand forecast,the paper forecasts the land use status of the research area in 2021,analyzes the mismatch between the new land types and the comprehensive evaluation results of land,and then makes the land use structure adjustment and spatial optimization for the simulation results.The results showed that the distribution of new construction land,cultivated land,forest and grassland in the critical suitable and unsuitable areas decreased,while the distribution in the high suitable areas increased from 52.54% before optimization to 72.62%,52.27% to 77.51%,15.51% to87.21%,and 67.56% of the new artificial water areas in the vulnerable areas increased to the stable areas,the overall regional land use structure and layout are more coordinated.This article in view of the Yellow River delta coastal zone,typical in the system on thebasis of analyzing the characteristic of the land use type,based on land use suitability evaluation and evaluation of ecological environment,using CLUE-S model to optimize the land use structure and layout in the study area,better realize the land ecological and economic benefits of harmonious and unified,the Yellow River delta land sustainable use and protection management has a positive meaning.
