In recent years,with the progress of urbanization and the rapid growth of population,the spatial structure of regional land use has changed,and the vulnerability of regional landscape has gradually increased.It has become one of the cornerstones of the construction of ecological civilization in China to study the evolution characteristics of regional land use and describe the interaction mechanism and action process between human activities and land use.In this paper,Zezhou County,Jincheng City,Shanxi Province is located in the loess hilly area on the southern edge of the Loess Plateau.At the same time,the area is rich in coal resources and mining activities are frequent,which leads to a series of geological disasters and increases the ecological risk of the study area,resulting in serious soil erosion,ecological landscape fragmentation,land degradation and other problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the changes of ecological risk types,sources and spatial and temporal patterns of land in this area.This paper analyzes the driving factors of land use change in the study area based on the earth system theory and Logistic model,establishes the probability map of land use suitability of different types of land use in the study area,and then uses the land use data of the study area in 2005,2010 and 2015 to carry out the prediction simulation of land use pattern based on CA-Markov,and obtains the results of land ecological risk classification in the study area based on multi-landscape index.The main research results and conclusions are as follows :1.Based on the results of logistic regression distribution,we can see that the key driving factors affecting the change of land use type and structure in the study area are DEM? slope,slope direction,distribution of geological disasters and other natural geographical background conditions,while the social and economic factors such as population density and GDP? road density are the important regulating factors that induce the change of land use in the study area.2.The land ecological risk grade of the study area shows the spatial distribution characteristics of the center high and the surrounding gradually decreasing,and the land use high ecological risk area and the higher ecological risk area gradually transfer to the southwest of Zezhou county,which indicates that the human disturbance to the land in this area is more serious.3.The ecological risk of the study area from 2005 to 2020 tends to increase,but the higher risk areas in each single year gradually decrease,however,it only shows that the higher risk areas divided by the natural breakpoint method in the current year account for less in the total regions.In the same period,the ecological risk index of each township also showed an upward trend.It is suggested that the area should adopt the necessary biological and engineering means to carry out land and space renovation and reduce the ecological risk of land in the loess hilly area.
