The esterification reaction is a kind of organic synthesis reaction and widely used in industry at present, its product organic carboxylic acid esters have indispensable application in all aspects of human life.In order to meet the principle of“green sustainable development”,search a kind of efficient and environmentally friendly catalyst used as the catalyst of esterification, achieve the industrial production with high efficiency and low cost has gradually become a research hot spot.Ionic liquid is more favored by researchers owing to their unique properties, however, the amount of ionic liquids would very large if it was used as catalyst, besides,it have greater viscosity, that is,the separation of catalyst from reaction system is difficulty. Therefore, immobilising ionic liquids onto to porous materials with high surface area is the purpose of our research.?1?The ionic liquid we prepared bore tow propyl sulfonic acid groups in1,3-dimethyl-2-oxoimidazolidine-1,3-diium cation with two HSO4-?donated as IL?.SBA-15 and MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve which synthesized by hydrothermal process were used as carriers. Then IL were compounded with SBA-15/MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves at different mass ratio by impregnation method, then catalysts were obtained and donated as X-IL/SBA-15 and X-IL/MCM-41?value of X represents the mass ratio of ionic liquid to SBA-15/MCM-41?.The structure and composition of all materials were analyzed by varies of characterization such as FT-IR,BET,TEM.The catalysts activity were tested for the esterification of acetic acid with cyclohexanol, and the results showed that conversion of acetic acid were 82.77%and 77.48%when X-IL/SBA-15 and X-IL/MCM-41 as catalysts,respectively.?2?A novel Br?nsted ionic liquid[PSMIM]4[SiW12O404-]?SWIL?which composed of heteropolyanion(SiW12O404-)and propane sulfonate functional imidazolium cation was prepared. The mesoporous Sn-SBA-15 material which with different Sn doped contents was synthesized and employed as carries. The catalyst Sn-SBA-15/SWIL was prepared by grafting the ionic liquid onto the surface of Sn-SBA-15.The properties of obtained composite materials were characterized by FT-IR,TG,XRD,BET,TEM and XPS.The prepared catalysts were used in the esterification of benzyl alcohol?BnOH?with acetic acid to tested their catalyst activities, the results suggested that conversion of acetic acid up to 94.86%under suitable conditions.?3?Br?nsted-Lewis acidic ionic liquid[MIMPS]+(1/2Zn2+)SO42-was synthesized, the H+as the Br?nsted acid site, the Zn2+ws the Lewis acid site. The Ti-SBA-15 was prepared by direct synthesis methods and used as carrier.Catalysts X-[MIMPS]+(1/2Zn2+)SO42-/Ti-SBA-15?value of X represents the mass ratio of ionic liquid to Ti-SBA-15,X=1,1.5,1.8?were prepared via anchoring[MIMPS]+(1/2Zn2+)SO42-onto surface of Ti-SBA-15 by impregnation method.A series of characterization were conducted to analyze the composition and structure of catalysts, including FT-IR,TG,XRD,N2 physical adsorption,TEM,and XPS.The catalytic property was tested in esterification of BnOH with acetic acid, and under optimal conditions, conversion of acetic acid up to 93.82%.
