With the proposal of “Made in China 2025” and “Industry 4.0”,the production mode of the manufacturing industry is changing intelligently.The goal of intelligent manufacturing is to realize the integration of the physical world and the information world.Digital Twins(DT)as the best way to integrate virtual and real has attracted wide attention from researchers at home and abroad.Based on the connotation of “virtual mapping” and “virtual control”,this paper takes the numerical control machine tool as the research object,and studies the 3D monitoring technology using GPU acceleration and the remote control technology based on virtual numerical control panel.Interactive system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design of the virtual interactive system of CNC machine tools.The design goal of virtual interactive system of numerical control machine tool is put forward.The demand analysis and network structure design are carried out.The virtual interactive system is designed into five modules and three layers of communication architecture.The key problems of 3D monitoring and remote control of CNC machine tools are analyzed.It is concluded that the core goal of the virtual interactive system is to improve the efficiency of client graphics rendering and enhance the human-computer interaction experience.(2)Real-time monitoring of 3D real-time machine tools based on programmable pipelines.The 3D digital twin model of CNC machine tool is drawn,the kinematics equation of the five-axis CNC machine tool in the programmable pipeline is derived,and the motion simulation of the CNC machine tool is realized.The programmable pipeline GPU acceleration technology is studied,and the GPU accelerated rendering method is applied to solve the CNC machine tool.The problem of low graphics rendering efficiency in monitoring;collecting numerical control system data,designing the monitoring end data interface,using real-time data to drive the machine tool model to realize 3D realtime monitoring of CNC machine tools.(3)Realization of remote control of CNC machine tools based on virtual numerical control panel.Using the secondary development technology to develop the control instructions of the Huazhong 8-type CNC system;using the mouse picking method,using the OBB bounding box technology,using the ray and bounding box collision detection to complete the interaction between the mouse and the virtual numerical control panel;coupling the developed control commands to the virtual numerical control In the panel button,remote control based on virtual CNC panel is realized.(4)Virtual machine interaction and performance analysis of CNC machine tools.Analyze the running process of the virtual interactive system,design the main interface and sub-functions of the system;perform performance testing on the system client,the results show that the client occupies low resources and the GPU acceleration effect is significant;set up the experimental environment,and verify the virtual interactive system.The system runs stably and reliably and has good real-time performance.
