| The northern agro-pastoral ecotone is located in the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry region in northern China.Due to the influence of climate change and human activities,the ecological pattern of fragile ecological environment of this ecotone is also changing.Therefore,combing remote sensing and GIS technology,the boundary of the northern agro-pastoral ecotone was defined by spatial clustering analysis,correlation analysis and pattern analysis.Its regional differentiation pattern was clarified,and the comparison land use change in the agro-pastoral ecotone in 1980and 2015 was also analyzed.To provide adaptive managements for adjusting the structure of the proportion of agriculture and grassland,and a reliable basis for the restoration and management of ecologically degraded areas.The results are as follows:?1?According to the clustering analysis results,the area between the agricultural and pastoral areas is divided into the northern agro-pastoral ecotone with an area of6.43×105 km2.?2?It shows that the combined effect of precipitation and temperature has a greater impact on the distribution of farmland.The relationship between precipitation?PRE?,accumulated temperature>10??aTEM?and temperature-precipitation matching index(ITMP)and the proportion of farmland?pFRM?shows a very significant positive correlation?p<0.01?,and the correlation between the ITMPMP and the pFRM is stronger than that between PRE or aTEM and pFRM.?3?The climate dominant factors are different in different regions of the agro-pastoral ecotone.The Da Hinggan Mountains in the Northeast of China are mainly limited by accumulated temperature?aTEM>2275??,and the arid land in the southwest are mainly limited by precipitation?PRE>270 mm?.?4?The agro-pastoral ecotone is shown an regional differentiation patterns which was divided into three parts by this small area of the agro-forestry ecotone in the middle part of northern China.The landscape fragmentation in the Northeast agro-pastoral ecotone is low,showing patchy distribution;the landscape fragmentation in the southwest is high,showing dense staggered distribution;the forest landscape fragmentation in the middle agro-forestry ecotone was observed small clustering distribution pattern.?5?Compared with the land use and agro-pastoral ecotone pattern in 1985 and 2015,the land use in the northeastern region has changed significantly,the proportion of farmland area has increased by7.75%,and the proportion of grassland area has decreased by 6.68%.These research results have important guiding value for strengthening production management and ecological restoration according to local natural condition. |
