During the fracturing process,the fracturing high-pressure pipelines are prone to excessive vibration because of the combined action of high-pressure fluid fluctuation and vibration transmitted by the pump.The pipelines' vibration could result in destruction of pipelines and its supports when gravely.With the propagation and application of large-capacity and highpressure fracturing equipment,the vibration-control requirement of high-pressure fracturing pipelines has a further increase.In this dissertation,the vibration mechanism and the control strategies of high-pressure fracturing pipelines are researched.First of all,the flow-induced mechanism of pipeline is deeply researched.The mathematic model is established by the reasonable approximate model technology,and the motion differential equation is built through the theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics and fluidstructure interaction dynamics.Moreover,the theoretical basis of fluid-structure interaction numerical solution is illuminated.In the second place,the modal and transient response analysis is conducted on the land high-pressure fracturing pipelines.Each constraint wet-mode order natural frequency and mode of vibration are obtained by modal analysis.And the transient analysis results show that the branch pipeline's vibration is induced by the vibration transmitted by the pump,and the main pipeline's vibration is induced by the coefficient action of high-pressure fluid fluctuation and vibration transmitted by the pump.In the third place,the vibration experiment of land high-pressure fracturing pipelines is conducted by a reasonable experimental scheme.The experimental data is processed in both time-domain and frequency-domain.And the deviation between testing data and simulation result is less than 10 percent,which proved the accuracy of simulation method.At last,the modal and transient response analysis is conducted on the ocean high-pressure fracturing pipelines.With the same simulation method,the simulation is conducted on the ocean high-pressure fracturing pipelines.The modal results show that the low-order frequency of constraint wet-mode is at the range of 20~41Hz.And by comparing the pipeline's transient response analysis results between fixed constraint and vibration isolator constraint,it is proved to be effective to control pipeline's vibration by placing the vibration isolator properly.What's more,the software “The vibration reduction system of ocean high-pressure fracturing pipelines” is encoded to aid the establishment of the vibration reduction system of ocean high-pressure fracturing pipelines.
