Jet loop reactor is a kind of reactor which has been developed rapidly in recent years.It combines the technical advantages of injection and circulation.It has the advantages of simple structure,easy maintenance,good mixing effect,high mass transfer efficiency and low energy consumption.It has been widely used in chemical industry,biochemical industry and environmental protection.Venturi ejector is a kind of equipment which can continuously suck another low-pressure working fluid without directly consuming mechanical energy.It is the most important part of jet loop reactor and determines whether the jet loop reactor can work efficiently.In this paper,the venturi ejector in jet loop reactor is taken as the research object.The effects of operation parameters and structure parameters on the gas-liquid two-phase flow and mixing characteristics of venturi ejector are investigated by numerical simulation and experiment.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The venturi ejector is systematically described and its model is established.The preliminary numerical simulation of the model is carried out by using CFD software.The selection of equipments and the construction of the system for jet loop reaction experiment system are completed.(2)The influence of different operating parameters on the performance of venturi ejector was studied.The ejector under different operating parameters was simulated,and the effects of the inlet velocity of the working fluid,the inlet pressure of the ejecting fluid and the outlet pressure of the mixed fluid on the flow and mixing characteristics of the gas-liquid two-phase ejector were obtained,which played a guiding role in setting the operating parameters in the actual production process.(3)The influence of several key structural parameters of venturi ejector on its performance is analyzed in detail.By changing the nozzle structure parameters,area ratio,length of suction chamber and length-diameter ratio of mixing chamber,the simulation results show that the structure parameters affect the flow and mixing characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase in ejector,which has a certain guiding role in the design and optimization of ejector.
