The pharmaceutical industry has become a key management industry in China,and its industry wastewater has also become a key target of environmental monitoring and treatment,this topic is based on a listed pharmaceutical company in Hunan,through the analysis of the water quality and quantity of the wastewater discharged by the plant,and relevant experimental studies,it is proposed to adopt the treatment process that takes Hydrolysis Acidification+Anaerobic Biological Treatment?IC?+Sludge Reduction Multistage Contact Oxidation Process?Abbreviation:MCOP?as the main body,so as to meet the treatment requirements of stable and standard discharge of wastewater.The overall engineering test results show that:the raw water was pretreated by hydrolysis and acidification,the biodegradability of wastewater was greatly improved;follow-up IC anaerobic+aerobic MCOP pool of biological treatment,control IC reactor volume load of 1.2 kgCOD/?m3·d?,MCOP pool sludge load is less than 0.15kgCOD/?kgMLSS·d?,ammonia nitrogen in the MCOP pool volume load of 0.08-0.09kgNH3-N/?m3·d?,the system stable running,effluent COD concentration below 500mg/L,ammonia nitrogen concentration below 45 mg/L.The effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen concentrations of the system reached the standard stably and met the local discharge standards of the plant.The experimental results of hydrolysis and acidification treatment of synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater show that the biodegradability of wastewater can be effectively improved,the degree of pretreatment is the key to determine the effect of subsequent biological treatment.Anaerobic granular sludge degenerates and disintegrates when raw water is directly treated by anaerobic organisms;after hydrolysis and acidification,the wastewater was treated by anaerobic biological treatment,and the COD removal rate was stable at about 50%.The results of the start-up test of the IC reactor for the treatment of synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater showed that the COD removal effect was good.After stable operation of IC reactor:the influent COD concentration ranged from 7000mg/L to 8000 mg/L,and COD removal rate is greater than 90%;the COD influent volume load is increased from 0.2 kgCOD/?m3·d?at the initial start-up to 1.2kgCOD/?m3·d?;the concentration of Volatile Fatty Acid?Abbreviation:VFA?can be kept below 400mg/L;the pH of effluent is maintained between 7.0 and 7.5.The start-up test results of MCOP process for the treatment of synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater showed that COD and ammonia nitrogen removal were good.After the MCOP pool is stable:ensure that the inlet sludge load is maintained below 0.15 kgCOD/?kgMLSS·d?,the system effluent COD concentration is less than500mg/L,and the COD removal rate is greater than 90%;the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration is 500 mg/L-600 mg/L,the effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration is less than 20 mg/L,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is greater than 97%.
