Compared with conventional capacitors and batteries,supercapacitors are a new type of electrochemical energy storage device.Electrode materials,separators and electrolytes are important components of supercapacitors,and electrode materials are of the utmost importance.Among the numerous electrode materials,polyaniline is inexpensive,easy to synthesis,applied for pseudocapacitors and its morphology is easily regulated.In this paper,mesoporous cross-linked polyaniline,nano-fibrous Acid red 27 cross-linked polyaniline,nano-coral sunset yellow-doped polyaniline and polyaniline/graphene fiber composites were prepared by chemical oxidation method and performance was optimized.The main research content is as follows:(1)Mesoporous crosslinked polyaniline was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization using ammonium persulfate as oxidant,p-phenylenediamine and triphenylamine as cross-linked agents,sodiumlaurylsulfate as soft template and surfactant.The structure of mesoporous polyaniline was characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,field emission scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analyzer and X-ray powder diffractometer.Electrochemical workstation was used to evaluate the electrochemical performance of mesoporous crosslinked polyaniline.Studies have shown that when the molar ratio of sodiumdodecylsulfate to aniline is 5:1,the specific capacitance of mesoporous polyaniline was 516F/g(2A/g)and the specific capacitance of mesoporous polyaniline retained 73.2%of initial specific capacitance after 2000 cycles(2)Acid red 27 was used as cross-linked agent and dopant to prepare nano-fibrous Acid red 27 cross-linked polyaniline by chemical oxidation polymerization,and then its structure and properties were characterized and analyzed.Studies have shown that when the molar ratio of Acid red 27 to aniline was 0.04:1,the specific capacitance of Acid red 27 crosslinked polyaniline was 463 F/g(2 A/g)and the specific capacitance of Acid red 27 crosslinked polyaniline retained an initial specific capacitance of 85.5%after 1000 cycles.(3)Sunset yellow-doped polyaniline was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization method using Sunset yellow as doping agent and surfactant and then its structure and properties were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that when the sunset yellow and aniline feed molar ratio was 0.035:1,the specific capacitance of sunset yellow-doped polyaniline was 467 F/g(2 A/g),and its specific capacitance remained 82.2%of initial specific capacitance after 1000 cycles.(4)Anthraquinone-1,5,disulphonic acid sodium salt(AQDS)-modified reduced graphene nanofibers(AQDS-rGONFs)were prepared by high pressure hydrothermal method.AQDS modified graphene nanofiber/polyaniline composites(AQDS-rGONFs/PANI)were prepared by aniline nucleating and growing on the surface of AQDS-rGONFs.Studies have shown that AQDS-rGONFs/PANI had a specific capacitance of 551.4 F/g(2 A/g)and remained an initial specific capacitance of 82.4%after 2000 cycles.
