Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives are widely found in nature,including quinazolinone compounds and their derivatives,which widely exist in natural products.They have important and wide applications in the fields of medicine and pesticides and are often used in the fields of anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,anti-tuberculosis and anti-allergy because of their rich biological activities and pharmacological effects.In recent years,many chemical and biological researchers have been keen on the synthesis and activity of quinazolinones and quinazolinone derivatives.We synthesized plentiful quinazoline compounds and their derivatives by using the quinazoline-3-oxides,which were synthesized by our laboratory,with amines and ether compounds in the absence of transition metal catalysis.This thesis mainly includes the following three parts:(1)A large number of quinazoline ketone derivatives were synthesized by employing quinazoline-3-oxide and amine compounds,which just added the oxidant TBHP at 60 ?.(2)A series of quinazolinone ether compounds were formed by reacting quinazolone-3-oxides and ether compounds under the TBAI catalyzed condition.(3)The corresponding quinazoline ketone compounds were synthesized by the electro-catalysis of quinazoline-3-oxides at room temperature.We synthesized efficiently the quinazoline ketone compounds and their derivatives.There are many benefits that the reaction conditions are mild,the operation is very simple and the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain.
