The safety of rural drinking water or not is directly related to people's health and life safety,and even related to social stability and comprehensive national strength's enhancement.In recent years,rural drinking water polluting incidents happen frequently in China;unsafe water has threatened the health of the residents,and has affected the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Taking charge of the safety rural drinking water has became a rigid demanded for ensuring residents health.Based on the analysis of the status of the rural drinking water and the present situation of supervision in Shenyang,it is found that there are shortcomings and deficiencies in the rural drinking water safety supervision in Shenyang?These deficiencies and defects are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the main body of rural drinking water safety supervision in Shenyang is unknown;the system for the safety supervision of drinking water in Shenyang is lacking;and the rural drinking water safety in Shenyang lacks unified and effective supervision.Based on the current rural drinking water safety supervision system,the author mainly uses the three methods of demonstration research,comparative study and analysis,and puts forward feasible measures to strengthen the rural drinking water safety supervision:strengthening the management of drinking water supply units in rural areas;Water safety legislation and law enforcement;strengthen rural drinking water financial support;strengthen rural drinking water on-site testing;strengthen public participation,increase information disclosure;construction of rural drinking water supervision and management of the responsibility of the retrospective mechanism.Establish a sound rural drinking water safety supervision and protection system to protect the health of the masses to protect the sustainable development of the economy.
