The larvae of Tenebrio molitor.was used as material in the study.The extraction effects of Tenebrio molitor.oil by subcritical and organic solvent extraction has been compared,and the two regression model related to Protein extraction rate of each relevant influence factors based on low alkali concentration extraction solution has been constructed through response surface analysis.Based on the optimum condition of extraction process,the removal of oil and protein of ash from Tenebrio molitor.worm shell on was performed and finally Tenebrio molitor chitin was obtained.The results show that,the best process extraction oil ratio of solid to liquid is 1:8,temperature is 65 C,extraction time is 4 hours and the oil yield is 28.87%respectively with petroleum ether as an organic solvent,through the analysis of orthogonal test.However,the total oil yield is 34.33%and 3.09%higher than the former under the condition of 0.4 MPa and 40? by three counter current extraction.The optimal process parameters of Tenebrio molitor.protein energy ultrasonic treatment technology by low alkali concentration extraction solution are:ultrasonic time of 35 min,NaOH concentration of 78mmol/L,ratio of solid to liquid 1g:35ml,ultrasonic power 210W,extraction rate is 81.23%.Response surface analysis showed that:the ratio of liquid to solid with the ultrasonic time and the interaction between ratio of material to liquid and NaOH concentration have significant effects on the protein extraction rate from molitor removed grease.The ultrasonic treatment technique of energy gathered was first applied in protein extraction from Tenebrio molitor and the new protein extraction method under the condition of low alkali was established in the research.At the same time the cumulative ultrasonic processing technology was used in experiment of removing ash,and the problems of high energy consumption,long reaction time and environment pollution with the conventional processes are solved in the study.The study provides a practical basis for the scale extraction of effective components from Tenebrio molitor.
