How to develop condensate gas reservoirs is the main problem and challenging question in the world's major condensate gas fields.Due to its anti-condensation phenomenon during the development process, the fluid phase changes are complex and accurately describe the fluid during the development of condensate gas reservoirs. The characteristics of flow and the distribution of remaining oil and gas become especially difficult. It is difficult to select the development plan and the subsequent dynamic adjustment of the efficient and sustainable development of condensate gas reservoirs.Taking the development of condensate gas reservoir in Block A as an example, the fluid phase change, reverse condensate phenomenon, fluid flow characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the condensate gas reservoir during the development of condensate gas reservoirs are studied. And the choice of development plan.Firstly, based on the geological structure features and understanding of the block, seismic data, drilling data, logging interpretation results, etc.,a three-dimensional geological model that accurately describes the spatial distribution of stratigraphic and reservoir properties(hole, seepage, saturation,NTG)is established. The degree is mainly distributed between 0.08-0.14,and the permeability is mainly distributed in 0.1-0.8mD.Secondly,the production dynamic data is analyzed by gas reservoir engineering method, including: production decline law,oil and gas recovery, formation pressure change, among which The current decline rate of oil production is 14.8%,the recovery natural gas recovery rate is about 68.52%,the condensate recovery rate is between 26.98%-33.62%,and the condensate recovery rate of circulating gas injection is31.84%.-54.18%,to predict the future pressure and output;using indoor experimental data to identify the phase diagram characteristics of the condensate gas reservoir in Block A,the characteristics of fluid phase change, the characteristics of the reverse condensate process and the relationship between fluid PV The dew point pressure of the condensate gas reservoir is14.3 MPa,the pressure difference of the ground dew is 1.2 MPa,the condensate content is124 g/m3,and the maximum amount of the reverse condensate is 21.41%.The condensate gas reservoir is the medium condensate content.Condensate gas reservoir;Based on physical property experimental data,3D geological model and production dynamic data,PVTi fitting and history fitting were carried out.The natural gas recovery degree was 12.84%,the condensate recovery degree was 7.58%,and the remaining oil and gas was mainlyconcentrated in the central region. The remaining oil and gas is not controlled by the well pattern;finally, the exhaustion development and recirculation and gas injection development of the condensate gas reservoir in Block A are compared. The optimal scheme for the development of the condensate gas reservoir in Block A is optimized.Depletion development. On this basis, the well pattern system, including well pattern and well spacing, was optimized to obtain a suitable area well network for the condensate gas reservoir in Block A.The optimal well spacing was 1400 m and the optimal gas production rate was 4.75%.5%,so that the A block condensate gas reservoir can be developed more reasonably and efficiently.Through the research on the development characteristics and laws of condensate gas reservoirs in Block A,it provides experience for the development of similar condensate gas reservoirs.
