Nature reserves are strictly protected natural areas. After undergoing a strict management of conservation, they gradually evolve the development of eco-tourism activities.Beside the general management methods of the tourism industry, ecotourism management needs to set up new management mechanism that adapts the speciality of nature reserves.Scholars focuses on the research from environmental capacity, environmental assessment, landscape assessment, visual and environmental impacts, and sought to find specific ways to improve tourist satisfaction and achieve sustainable development. This paper takes Dinghushan Nature Reserve as the research object, analyzing the descriptive statistical to structure the demographic characteristics and behavioral motives of tourists with 162 original data by SPSS statistical software, and constructing the assessment system of ecological tourism by factor analysis, which eventually extracts 5 common factors and 20 evaluation indicators. Then, the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of tourists' satisfaction has been conducted by using fuzzy evaluation analysis. The gap between the importance degree of each factor and the satisfaction is found out through the IPA analysis in order to provide ideas for the following countermeasures. The case study is summarized as follows:First, the proportion of tourists is constructed.Tourists are mainly young and middle-aged tourists in the province with a relatively high level of education.Their income level is average, but they still have some free time to carry out eco-tourism activities. They often search for Dinghushan-related tourism information through rumors from friends and relatives or through the Internet. They visit Dinghu Mountain with their friends or family and they spend half a day or two to two or three days.Second, using factor analysis to extract the common factors of ecotourist tourist satisfaction in Dinghushan Nature Reserve, including service quality, visitor management, information management, safety management, and cost of consumption are 5 common factors.Among them,"service quality" includes seven evaluation factors: catering service quality, accommodation service quality, internal transportation within the protected area, tour route arrangement, entertainment project service quality, staff service level, and external traffic in the protected area. The ?tourist management? includes four evaluation factors: the management of bad behavior of tourists, the management of tourists during peak periods, the restriction and guidance of prohibited areas, complaints and handling mechanisms."Information Management" includes the accuracy of four evaluation elements of tourism information, the ease of access to tourism information, commentary on the ecology of popular science education, logo setting and guidance.“Safety Management? includes three evaluation elements: safety protection in hazardous areas, accident safety accident management, and the degree of local community friendly."Consumer cost" includes two evaluation factors: the price system for scenic spots, and local souvenirs.Third: Through the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, the weight of tourist satisfaction evaluation indicators was determined. The weights of public factors are as follows: service quality(0.499),visitor management(0.206),information management(0.123),safety management(0.090),and cost of consumption.(0.083).Afterwards,a comprehensive evaluation of tourists' satisfaction was calculated using the fuzzy judgment matrix and weights, with a score of 3.646,which tended to be satisfactory.Fourth, through the IPA analysis method, the importance-performance awareness model is derived, from which the advantages, disadvantages, challenges, and opportunities for ecotourism in Dinghushan Nature Reserve are derived.Management managers can use the results of IPA to improve their daily operations and management.
