Diabetes mellitus is a non-contagious metabolic disease and characterized by its long-term blood glucose levels higher than the standard.If the patient doesn't obtain well treatment in time,he/she has high risk of cause blurred vision,headache,stroke,the worse is almost all types of diabetes may lead to complications in many parts of the human body,directly endanger the lives of patients.Insulin currently accounts for about 57% of the market share for drugs that treat diabetes.hard to obtain affordable insulin is still a barrier in front of patients.Therefore,this article is focus on how to obtain affordable price of insulin base reality,research and development of an intermittent vacuum freeze-drying equipment to freeze-dried porcine pancreas,and then ground into powder which allow the patients keep and take it more convenient diabetic patients.On the one hand,it make good use of the insulin in pig pancreas which is common food in our daily life and the price is conically;on the other hand,it take advantages of using vacuum freeze-drying technology and its advantages.For above reasons,this article is to developed an intermittent vacuum freeze-drying equipment to freeze-dried porcine pancreas base on existing mature vacuum freezing technology and its advantages,and taking into account pig pancreas characteristics.After being lyophilized,the porcine pancreas is dehydrated completely and conveniently.The dehydrated and dried porcine pancreas(pig pancreas powder)has a honeycomb shape with good grinding ability.The pig pancreas powder are fine and water-soluble,and keep the activity of insulin components.This article will be deployed from below four categories:(1)Check and review relevant information to have an better understanding of the pathology of diabetes,the incidence of diabetes mellitus and medication in our nation;to understand the medicinal value of insulin in pig pancreas;further understanding of the mechanism of vacuum freeze-drying for food at low temperature and its outstanding advantages.Describes the development of vacuum freeze-drying technology and equipment both at home and abroad,and briefly discusses the significance and feasibility of pig pancreas freeze-drying.(2)Provide project for vacuum freeze-drying equipment design,the overall layout design and basic parameters setting.(3)The key components design,draw the drawing and the structure design and stress analysis and safety verification of chamber through SolidWorks.(4)Assemble vacuum equipment,verify it feasibility and effect by conducting design of experiment.Optimizing the temperature,vacuum and time setting base the close loop feedback from the experiment result.It provides a useful example and reference for vacuum freeze-drying of similar meat products.
