The study on the secondary metabolites of marine microorganisms has become a research hotpot in the world,and it is a valuable resource in many drug sources.The mangrove endophytic fungus is one of the main researches.According to the related literature,many bioactive compounds have been isolated from mangrove fungal secondary metabolites.The study is to exploit the secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungi for the basic research of the Guangxi marine drug.First it introduces the mangroves and mangrove endophytic fungi.Research progress of mangrove endophytic fungi was presented through the recent reports,and it introduces this project.The 10 species of mangrove plants,which were Avicennia marina,Cerbera manghas,Excoecaria agallocha,Hibiscus tiliaceus,Clerodendrum inerme,Acrostichumaureum,Bruguiera gymnorrhiza,Kandelia candel,Aegiceras corniculatum,and Acanthus ilicifolius respectively,had been collected from the estuary of Beilun Guangxi.The endophytic fungi were isolated from the stems and the leaves of ten plants,which of nineteen endophytic fungi were isolated from the stems of the plants,and of twenty-four from the leaves.Each endophytic fungus was observed by training the fungi with culture medium,collected the crude extract of secondary metabolites,and used the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as the test bacteria to the antibacterial experiment.The crude extracts of efHtY2041 showed some antimicrobial activity.The fungus of efHtY2041 was trained with culture medium 100L.The higher salt,higher nitrogen,less sugar environment were created for the endophytic fungi.The cultures were filtered and concentrated to 3L and extracted with ethyl acetate and dichloromethane.The thalli were dried in shade and cut in pieces and dipped in methanol to get the extracts.8 compounds were isolated with Si-gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization from the extracts.Based on the IR,NMR,MS data,and compared with data in references,the structures of the 7compounds were identified.The research results were displayed in the last chapter.The application prospect of research was prospected.
