Glyphosate is a kind of broad-spectrum herbicides with low toxicity,protect the beneficial insects,no teratogenic and carcinogenic effects.Due to these advantage of characteristics,Glyphosate as the largest consumed herbicides was used in the world.In the domestic industry,glycine was used as starting materials to synthetic glyphosate,but this process would produce a lot of glyphosate mother liquor.At the same time,the long-term use of glyphosate single preparations,lead to some weeds become drug resistance.In order to reduce the generation and discharge of glyphosate mother liquor,protect the environment,to delay the period of weeds' drug resistance,improvement and development of compound preparation ofglyphosate technology research has important practical significance.This article through to the intermediate glycine,dimethyl phosphite and glyphosate synthesis process research,and the subsequent treatment process was improved,at the same time through the recycled by-product,make to significantly reduce the amount of glyphosate mother liquor.The effect of solvent,feeding method,molar ration,reaction time and temperature had been carefully investigated here.Under the condition of the process,synthesis of glyphosate overall yield was 70.1%(in glycine),content of 95.0%.Compared with the original process,wastewater generation by 22.0%.Meanwhile,each important intermediate compound and the target product were characterized by LC,IR,NMR and MS.Form a complete set of technical research into the corn fields new preparation: 75.8% ammonium glyphosate · mesotrione WDG.To compound with new preparations on the wetting dispersibility,disintegration,floating rate,thermal storage stability and relevant performance tests,the better preparation process recipe and conditions were determined,and provided experimental basis for industrialized production.
