Relative permeability curve is the foundation of studying oil and water percolation. Many man-designed experimental conditions exert great influence on relative permeability curve, including oil/water viscosity ratio, displacement velocity, displacement multiple, core length and data processing algorithm, which are not studied clearly in academia. In this thesis,non-steady displacement experiments are designed and performed on oil/water viscosity ratio, displacement velocity, displacement multiple and core length. The relative permeability curves are calculated on the basis of the optimized JBN method. With the analysis of influencing factors such as porosity, wettability, flowing ability ratio and so on,influence mechanics of oil/water viscosity ratio, displacement velocity, displacement multiple and core length are discussed. At last, new data processing algorithms, including non-linear fitting methods and end effect correction, are developed to improve accuracy of experimental results and forecast relative permeability curve in high displacement multiple. With the core displacement experiments and optimization of data processing algorithm, the influence of oil/water viscosity ratio, displacement velocity, displacement multiple and core length are discussed, and the accuracy of data processing algorithm is improved, which is significant to physical simulation experimental research in the future. |
