Bamboo resources are widely distributed and rich in resources in China.How to use bamboo instead of wood to produce activated carbon to prepare modified bamboo charcoal to meet the material needs of chemical environmental protection industry has become imminent.How to produce,the performance of the produced bamboo charcoal,whether it can be used as a catalyst for wastewater treatment and other applications,are all urgent issues to be studied.The significance of this paper is to expand the application of bamboo resources and reduce wood consumption in China.The application of the product to pollution control has positive environmental effects.In this paper,bamboo charcoal as the core,mainly discussed how to use bamboo as raw material,microwave-assisted method to prepare bamboo charcoal,and bamboo charcoal modified to prepare loaded bamboo charcoal catalyst,after the preparation and modification of the finished treatment of organic waste liquid from PCB membrane as an example to characterize and apply.The solution is to use microwave-assisted hair,microwave-assisted bamboo charcoal preparation,modification and organic waste liquid treatment.The best preparation technology of bamboo charcoal by microwave method is as follows: firstly,bamboo is crushed and molded,soaked in reagent,and then prepared by microwave method.Zinc chloride was used as soaking reagent.The optimum parameters of bamboo charcoal preparation were: soaking time 24 hours,microwave power 500 W,heating time 20 minutes.The optimum modification process of bamboo charcoal catalyst was obtained by soaking bamboo charcoal in 25% zinc chloride and then soaking it in 25% copper nitrate solution.The results show that the optimum combination of single factor is p H value of wastewater 6,dosage of modified bamboo charcoal catalyst 1.0 g,air oxidant with flow rate of 400 m L/min,and microwave power set at 500 W.And without considering the economy,the limit value of the experimental equipment can greatly reduce the organic wastewater from the COD value as high as 1283 mg/L to only 39 mg/L.After calculation,the removal rate of the whole process is as high as 96.96%.
