Boron dipyrromethene(BODIPY for short)derivatives are a class of dyes with the BODIPY nucleus as a basic unit.Because this class of dyes has a great molar extinction coefficient ?,a high fluorescence quantum yield ? and other photophysical properties,such dyes have been widely explored and discussed.This paper studied the synthesis of dyes with a mono-nuclear cyanuric chloride tri-BODIPY structure,a bi-nuclear cyanuric chloride poly-BODIPY structure and a coumarin-based tripod BODIPY structure,preliminarily discussed the energy transfer efficiency of the BODIPY-coumarin system,designed three routes,successfully produced 8 kinds of new target products,and made a characterization analysis by means of nuclear magnetism,mass spectra and infrared ray.Through explorations,the following conclusions were drawn.1.the two amines of ethylenediamine were taken as the nucleophilic groups to respectively attack the third chlorine of cyanuric chloride with a mono-nuclear BODIPY structure and that with a bi-nuclear BODIPY structure,to achieve the purpose of the synthesis of the 2 cyanuric chloride-nuclear dyes,so that the absorption wavelength and emission wavelength achieved bathochromic shift.Moreover,the experimental scheme was preliminarily optimized to shorten the reaction time and improve the yield.2.3 p-hydroxybenzaldehydes were introduced to cyanuric chloride,to synthesize tri-nuclear dyes through condensation,oxidation and coordination.Meanwhile,attempts were also made to introduce am iodine atom to a BODIPY structure.For the small difference in the product polarity,the yield and other reasons,it was proved to be difficult to purify the final product.3.after the introduction of cyanuric chloride to coumarin,the solubility of the product appeared to be generally low.Therefore,a solubilized BODIPY structure was introduced to the cyanuric chloride,followed by the introduction of two coumarins,to successfully get the target product.4.dyes with a coumarin-BODIPY structure can have an energy transfer,but the transfer efficiency is not high.
