Assessment Of State-Controlled Wastewater Pollution And Sewage Treatment Plant In Shijiazhuang

In this paper,the effluent from the pollution sources of the state-controlled wastewater and the sewage treatment plant in Shijiazhuang City are studied.The single factor index method,Nemerow comprehensive index method and equal standard pollution load method are used to evaluate the effluent to find out the most serious pollutants,the most serious pollution sources of the surface water pollution and the most polluted rivers.The above research aims to provide scientific basis for the safety management of surface water environment in Shijiazhuang.The main research results are as follows:1)The effluent from four main industries: chemical industry,food processing industry,textile and garment industry,pharmaceutical industry all exceeded the standard.The comprehensive pollution index of effluent from food processing industry(Tianma starch)and chemical manufacturing industry(Gaocheng Chemical Fertilizer General Factory)is at the heavy pollution level,while that from pharmaceutical industry(Sheng Xue Dacheng)and textile industry(Jigao Chemical Fiber)is at the non-pollution level.2)In the pharmaceutical industry,"Hebei Shengxue Dacheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.(II)" and "Hebei Xingbai Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd." have exceeded the standard,and the comprehensive pollution index of the effluent industrial wastewater from "Hebei Shengxue Dacheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.(II)" is in the light pollution level,while other enterprises are in the non-pollution level.North China Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.'s effluent meets the standard and at a non-polluting level,but because of the large amount of effluent discharged,it is the enterprise that ranks third in terms of surface water pollution when evaluated with the equal standard pollution load method.3)According to the equal standard pollution load method,Hebei Tiantong Qisheng Leather Co.,Ltd.is the most polluted enterprise,mainly because of the high concentration of waste water pollutants;Qiaodong Sewage Treatment Plant is the most polluted sewage treatment plant.The main reason is the large amount of wastewater discharged.4)According to the equivalent pollution load ratio,total mercury has become the second most serious pollutant to the surface water pollution in Shijiazhuang,and the Xiao He River is the most polluted river in this area.
