The similar material model test is one of the main methods of mining engineering scientific research.The distribution of moisture content in the model material has an important influence on the similar conditions and accuracy of the model test.On the one hand,water causes physical and chemical reactions in similar materials.On the other hand,the moisture content in the model material is closely related to the strength of the model and plays an important role in the drying and maintenance time of the model.It is of great significance to investigate the method of monitoring the internal moisture content of the model and construct the model of the relationship between the distribution of the moisture content of the model and its strength,and to further optimize the physical model test and promote the accuracy of experimental simulation and rock mechanics research under hydrothermal and multi-field conditions.In this paper,theoretical analysis of water migration and temperature distribution characteristics of rock-like material is carried out from the perspective of heat transfer theory;uniaxial compression tests of similar material specimens are carried out,and strengths of similar material specimens are compared with ambient temperature and water content of similar materials.The impact of the relationship;set up a similar material model test,based on frequency domain reflectometry(FDR)measured moisture content and thermistor temperature measurement technology model drying process similar material moisture content and temperature,according to Kriging interpolation method to achieve Measured data to field distribution representations were used to establish the characterization method of the water-point distribution of the point-surface model.The relationship between the moisture content of the model and the model strength was studied.The relationship between the model strength ratio and the strength and moisture content was studied.The moisture content of the model and the dryness of the model are predicted when the model satisfies the similar intensity.Experiments show that the internal temperature of the model material gradually increases with the drying time,and a high temperature nuclear region appears in the middle of the model.The distribution of the temperature field inside the model conforms to the theory of heat transfer;when the moisture content is less than 3%,the single axis of the similar material sample is The compressive strength and its water content satisfy the linear correlation;in the planar model test,the temperature and moisture content monitoring data is introduced into the Kriging interpolation method for spatial interpolation,and the relative error of the interpolation is less than 2%.The Kriging interpolation method can effectively achieve the interior of the model.Interpolation of temperature and moisture content data;empirical function relationships of the moisture content and temperature at different levels in the planar model test are given;when the moisture content of medium hardness rock analogous material model reaches 1.7%?2.1%,the model achieves the best state of dry curing.A method for predicting the curing degree of the model by using the water content eigenvalues is proposed,which provides a method reference for optimizing the similar material model test.
