In recent years,The amount of industrial waste pollutants has increased with the rapid development of Chinese industry.The discharge of large amounts of heavy metal sewage has caused the serious pollution of heavy metals in water bodies and soil.The problem of heavy metal pollution needs to be solved.Beibu Gulf is rich in marine resources and produce a large amount of chitin resources.Such as shrimp and crab waste shells during seafood processing.At present,the utilization of shrimp and crab waste in the Beibu Gulf not very well.And in addition to processing it into feed,the rest is basically directly discarded,causing pollution to the environment.The waste shell of shrimp and crab can be processed to prepare chitosan with good adsorption of heavy metal,and the waste can be recycled.Because chitosan(CS)has a large number of amino(-NH2)and hydroxyl(-OH)groups on the molecular skeleton,it has a good adsorption effect on heavy metals such as Cu(?).In this paper,the chitosan prepared from shrimp crab shells was prepared and the chitosan powder was prepared into a millimeter-sized adsorbent by sol-gel-freeze drying method.It was also used to remove Cu(?)from water and soil.The adsorption properties of Cu(?)on adsorbents were systematically studied,including adsorption kinetics,adsorption isotherms,adsorption thermodynamics,solution pH,dosage,and competitive ion effects.The adsorbent recycling performance was investigated,and Cu(?)was finally discussed.Cu(?)Adsorption mechanism.The research results are of great significance for the restoration of copper pollution in water and soil.The main research results show that:(1)There are regular channels inside the chitosan gel ball sorbent material.Similar to the honeycomb structure,the gel ball dried by the freeze-drying method can basically keep its structure undamaged during the drying process,which is beneficial to the improvement.Adsorption properties of adsorbent materials.(2)The adsorbent has a relatively stable applicability in the pH range of 3-5.4;the increase of temperature can accelerate the initial adsorption rate,but has no significant effect on the adsorption time and equilibrium adsorption capacity of Cu(?).The saturated adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was 195.3 mg.g-1.The adsorption of the adsorbent used for the phosphorus solution had a better adsorption effect.The stability of the adsorbed material after crosslinking increased,but the adsorption performance decreased.(3)The adsorption of Cu(?)is monolayer chemical adsorption.The amino(-NH2)and hydroxyl(-OH)on chitosan undergo coordination reaction with Cu(?),and the product structureafter coordination is stable.(4)Chitosan has different effects on the restoration of Cu(?)in different soils.The effect of remediation of heavy metals in paddy soil in Beibu Gulf is better than that of sugarcane.
