Enamel products consist of enamel layers and metals which are different in structure and composition.Their combination is a very complicated physical process and chemical process. Therefore, enamel products of good quality need good fish-scale resistance performance and good adhesion performance at the same time.In the enamel products, the second phase precipitates are formed by Ti element, which can effectively improve the fish-scale resistance performance of enamel products, but too much contents of Ti can reduce the adhesion between enamel and metal.Base on it,this paper will study the fish-scale resistance performance and adhesion performance of cold-rolled enamel steel with different Ti content of 0.03%,0.05%and 0.07%,and provide a basis for adding reasonable Ti content in the production of enamel plate. In these three kinds of enameled steel are TiC,TiN,TiS and Ti4C2S2.A large number of precipitates of enamel steel affect their hydrogen diffusion properties as irreversible traps,More and smaller size of precipitated particles can increase the hydrogen capture ability and the fish-scale resistance performance and decrease the hydrogen diffusion coefficient. The hydrogen diffusion coefficients of the three kinds of enamel steel were 2.750×10-66 cm2/s,0.705×10-6cm2/s and 0.505×10-6cm2/s respectively at the experimental temperature of 25?.Hydrogen breakthrough time was 3.96 min,15.45 min,21.57 min. Therefore,it can be found that the fish-scale resistance performance of enamel steel is improved with the increase of Ti content. The adhesion strength of the interface between enamel and metal was observed by scanning electron microscopy. It is found that with the increase of Ti content, the roughness of the interface between enamel and metal decreased. At the same time, the ion diffusion between enamel and metal decreases, thereby reducing the bonding force of the interface. Therefore, with the increase of Ti content, though it can increase fish-scale resistance performance of enamel steel,it will reduce the adhesion performance between metal and enamel.
