Because of new Environmental Standards that the emission standard for air pollutants in thermal power plants(GB13223-2011)was Effectived in 1 July 2014.It established the new emission requirements.Dust removal transformation of Baotou first Thermal Power Plant is presented,mainly for the high concentration of dust emission when the CFB boiler units is running,in order to reduce dust emissions in the combustion boiler and to meet the requirements of the new emission standard.This article will contrast to some dust removal transformation methods,and choose the most appropriate transformation scheme of the Baotou first Thermal Power Plant boiler combustion operation,than analyse the result of reformation,in order to promote the applications that the dust removal technology of CFB boiler units.Baotou first thermal power plant based on the actual operation and analysised according to the necessity and feasibility of the dust removal transformation.There are three programs for adaptation:Program One:low temperature economizer and low temperature electroduster and wet desulphurization.Program Two:spraying calcium inside the bolier and compact hybrid particulate collector.Program Three:low temperature economizer and low temperature electroduster and wet desulphurization and wet electrostatic precipitatorIf the Program One would be adopted,emission concentration of dust from the outlet of the electroduster could be controlled at 30mg/m~3.But there's a risk of secondary transformation.If the Program Two would be adopted,emission concentration of dust from the outlet of the electroduster could be controlled at20mg/m3,and the cost is lower.If the Program Three would be adopted,emission concentration of dust from the outlet of the electroduster could be controlled at10mg/m3,but the cost is higher.Baotou first thermal power plant adopted compact hybrid particulate collector transformation scheme at last and tested the performance of the particulate collector in February 2017.According to the relevant standard of"Test Method for the Performance of the compact hybrid particulate collector",we sampling on inlet and outlet flue with portable test instruments.After analyzing the sample data,it is proved that the dusting efficiency is 99.96%,and the emission concentration of dust meet the design requirements.The unit used in Baotou First Thermal Power Plant is a typical CFB unit.The conclusion of the research and analysis on the project of dust removal transformation can be used in the same type of power plant unit dust removal technology application.It has good guiding significance and popularizing function.The related experiences and data of the research and investigation in the early stage,the implementation of the medium term renovation project and the commissioning and operation of the later stage are of high reference value.
