In recent years, the mortality of malignant tumors have been gradually increasing, which has seriously endanger the life and health of human beings.Research on alternative methods of cancer treatment has attracted wide attention.Photothermal therapy(PTT)is a non-invasive local treatment with advantages of remote controllability, low toxicity and side effects, and has great potential in the field of tumor therapy. We synthesized the ultrafine tellurium nanowires(Te NW)by high temperature hydrothermal synthesis, and galvanic reacted with H2PdCl4 to generate PdTe NW,then PLL was modified on its surface, successfully synthesized PLL-PdTe NW with excellent biocompatibility and photothermal stability.PLL-PdTe NW has a photothermal conversion rate of 41%,which has good photoacoustic imaging and thermal imaging in vivo level, and the tumor can be completely removed by photothermal killing, effectively inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells.Base on PLL-PdTe NW excellent photothermal therapy effect,it is of great significance to combine nuclear magnetic resonance imaging with photothermal therapy to develop clinical photothermal therapy.HPCT-KGM hydrogel was formed by the combination of hydroxypropyl chitin and glucomannan in the formation of schiff base dynamic bond through the aldehyde group and amidogen. Then, added PLL-PdTe NW and NaGdF4:Yb,Er@NaDyF4 core-shell nanoparticles in HPCT-KGM hydrogel, successfully synthesized a composite hydrogel which the integration of magnetic resonance(MR)and photoacoustic(PA)dual-mode imaging and photothermal treatment.
