Chao 44-601 block is a very low permeability development block with low mobility.Under the condition of basic well network,it is difficult to establish an effective driving system in water drive development,which is characterized by high water injection pressure,serious pressure in water well and low recovery level of formation pressure.Although the block has carried out the well network encryption,and after the encrypt period water injection,shallow profile control and oil well steering fracturing and other technologies,but did not effectively improve the development effect of the block,the research and field test of steam flooding technology have been carried out.On the basis of studying the geological characteristics of the development of block structure and the fluid characteristics of the sand body distribution River,the residual oil of different types and different parts of the block is quantified by the numerical simulation method,which provides the basis for the exploitation of the potential of the block steam flooding,and on the basis of the water drive development and the bottleneck analysis,the original oil drive oil is reduced to the original.The mechanism of oil viscosity,reducing seepage resistance,increasing driving pressure difference and improving oil displacement efficiency are studied,and the feasibility of reservoir geological conditions is studied,which provides a basis for field application.With the method of reservoir engineering,indoor model experiment and numerical simulation,the injection production parameters such as injection production capacity,limit well distance,well net and steam dry degree,steam injection speed,steam injection intensity,stew time and injection time are analyzed,which provide technical support for field application.After the implementation of the steam drive and oil well huff and puff in the well,the dynamic change law,the moving status and the influencing factors of the development are analyzed.It is realized that the steam flooding can reduce the injection pressure of the block,reduce the injection production pressure difference,improve the single well production,improve the oil displacement efficiency and lift the final recovery of the high block.The good effect of steam flooding in 44-601 blocks proves that the steam flooding technology is an effective measure to increase production,which provides a basis for further exploration of other low permeability oil fields by using steam flooding to improve oil recovery.
