As land oil resources drying up,now,countries around the world had been turn the key of petroleum exploitation to the ocean.Oil-water mixed transmission is the main transportation means in offshore mining,while under the effect of natural emulsifier and pump shear,oil-water mixture is easily formed water in oil type of waxy crude oil emulsion,and because of the effect of the bottom of the sea at low temperature and strong heat environment,pipeline inner wall wax deposition phenomenon will happen,submarine pipeline will face a greater risk of wax deposition.Therefore,further study of wax deposit problem to guarantee pipeline safe and economic operation has important significance.First,determined the wax crystallization characteristics of the sample oil,by the differential scanning calorimetry,measured the wax precipitation point is 50.98? and it's the high waxy crude oil,the wax content of 25.674 percent,to determine rheology of crude oil and its W/O type of waxy crude oil emulsion by HAAKE VT550 rheometer,got the viscosity value in different moisture content,shear rate and temperature,according to the viscosity experimental data,to establish a new emulsion viscosity prediction model,and verify that it has good prediction accuracy.Second,using the flow loop simulation experiment device of wax deposition to study on W/O type of waxy crude oil emulsion wax deposit characteristics of pipeline transporting,mainly studied the oil flow velocity,temperature difference between oil and wall and moisture content of the three different working conditions,crude oil and its W/O type of waxy crude oil emulsion wax deposition law.Through experiments it is concluded that: with the increase of flow velocity,moisture content and temperature difference between oil and wall,the sediment thickness decreases.In addition,this study also found,under the condition of low wall temperature and the moisture content is higher than 20%,the sedimentary thickness does not change along with the change of outside influence factors.Finally,selected Qi-Yu Huang wax deposition velocity model as the basis of the experiment model,fully considering the influence of water relative to the wax deposition,set up wax deposition rate model of W/O type of waxy crude oil emulsion of this article,according to the experimental data,through SPSS software regression the five parameters of the model,to establish a new W/O type of waxy crude oil emulsion wax deposition velocity model,and verify that it has smaller error,the accuracy of model was good.
