Wellbore stability is a complex issue in drilling engineering.Every year,the oil industry spends a lot of economic costs on solving the problem of borehole instability,and it also greatly delays the drilling cycle and consumes a lot of manpower.Material resources.Drilling fluid is the first working fluid that comes into contact with the oil and gas layer,and its nature is directly related to the protection effect of the reservoir.Therefore,the drilling fluid is the main factor that damages the oil and gas layer in the process of drilling and completion.It is also an important technology to protect the oil and gas layer.” This paper makes a study on the anti-slump drilling fluid in Jilin Oilfield to solve some problems in the drilling process.In this paper,the mechanism of stratum collapse in Jilin Oilfield was studied and the physical and chemical properties of shale were measured.These included cation exchange capacity determination,specific water absorption determination,shale recovery rate,shale expansion rate experiment,and The rock activity was measured and the corresponding anti-slough measures were made through the experimental results.The basic theory of film drilling fluid,the basic characteristics of semi-permeable membrane,and the filming mechanism of shale were studied in this paper.The performance of film drilling fluid in Jilin Oilfield was studied,and the theoretical basis for solving the borehole stability was discussed.Finally,in order to better understand the actual effect of Jilin film drilling fluid,the performance of this film drilling fluid was evaluated in-house,including: film efficiency measurement of the film formation drilling fluid system,high temperature rheology of the system,system water loss Wall evaluation,system inhibitory evaluation,system anti-pollution capability evaluation,system compatibility evaluation,system lubricity evaluation,performance evaluation after film drilling fluid system was aggravated,and evaluation of reservoir damage degree by filming drilling fluid system.Through the experimental research and analysis of various parts of this article,we have a corresponding understanding of the anti-slump drilling fluid system,the wellbore collapse mechanism,the composition and physical and chemical properties of the rock minerals in the Jilin oilfield,and finally come to the solution measures and problems that should be paid attention to during construction...
