In recent years,the technology of Cr3+polymer gel has achieved good effects on increasing oil and decreasing water in Bohai Oilfield.However,in the actual process of production,with the long-term development of the oilfield,the development of high permeable strips is becoming more and more serious in some reservoirs,which resulting in the injected water channeling through the high permeable dominant channels,and the ineffective circulation of injected fluid.Therefore,the existing profile control and flooding technology has poor adaptability to the reservoir,which is difficult to adapt to the current reservoir conditions in Bohai Oilfield.Starting from the actual demand of Bohai Oilfield,based on the geological characteristics and fluid properties of the main reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield,this paper carries out studies of the liquid flow steering and industrial parameters optimization of the inorganic complex geological polymer gels.The results show that,when using inorganic complex geological polymer gels to plug the large channels,if the permeability of low permeable layers in the reservoir is less than 2000x10-3m2,its effect on permeability is less than 12%,when the permeability is below 1000x10-3m2,its effect on permeability is less than 9%,and when the permeability is below 500x10-3m2,its effect on permeability is less than 7%.No matter the model is sand filling pipe or artificial core drilling and sand filling,the plugging rate of the inorganic complex geological polymer gel is higher than 90%,which indicates that it has a good blocking effect on high permeable layers.When the high permeable layers are blocked by inorganic complex geological polymer gels,the shunt rate in low permeable layers increases from 1%to 20.4%at the end of water flooding process,and the increase of recovery rate can reach 18.2%.When using the inorganic complex geological polymer gels to plug the high permeable layers,with the increase of plugging distance,the sweep area and the recovery rate increases.From the point of view of technology and economy,the recommended combination of plugging agents for each well group is:Cr3+polymer gel and"starch-acrylamide"gel and inorganic complex geological polymer.After the implementation of the recommended scheme,it is expected that the oil increase of the C05,D17 and C21 well group is 11564.44m3,7474.78m3 and 6032.51m3,under the oil price of$35/bucket the ratio of"output/input"is 5.73,4.51 and 5.32.
