In the 21st century, one of the most significant issues of human beings is to explore the renewable, environmental and alternative fuel, because the petroleum reserves are gradually decreasing in the world, and the environment pollution caused by oil combustion emissions is also a major problem.Conventional NiMo/Al2O3 or CoMo/Al2O3 catalysts are not sufficiently active to break the oil into a satisfactory effect under the oil hydrocraking. In the study, hydrocracking of oil for liquid bio-fuel production was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. With the introduction of rare and dispersed element Rhenium?Re?,oil is hydrocracking with dodecane as solvent at different reaction conditions. At the same time, the catalyst can be used for hydrodenitrogenation?HDN?of oil,and the product can be used as liquid bio-oil,which could reduce environmental pollution by decreasing emission of NOX.Firstly, ternary active components were chosen including Mo,Re and Ni by references and experience, then put it load on the four different carriers by impregnation.Mixed them and then let them stand 24h.The catalyst precursor can be obtained by vacuum drying 12h at 120°C and programmed heating at 550°C for 4 hours.Oil was hydrocracking by catalysts after catalytic reduction, quality change was carried out for entire investigation of the liquid products, the rate of denitrification can be determined through the GC/FID.After characterizing of the support and catalysts with the BET and XRD,it showed that the catalysts had smaller pore diameters than supports and the active components were load on the supports. As a result, the influence of reaction conditions of the ternary active components Re-Mo-Ni/Beta catalyst on hydrocracking and HDN catalytic reaction activity was investigated. The optimal conditions:the reaction temperature at 360°C,the pressure of 3.5MPa,the airspeed of 4h-1,and the hydrogen/oil ratio of 800?V/V?,the yield was83.10%,the rate of hydrogenation denitrification was 91.37%.
