Metallurgical enterprises as a typical manufacturing enterprises are the backbone of our economy,there are a lot of hazards in their production process,prone to fire and explosion,scalding,poisoning,suffocation,mechanical injury and other production accidents.Therefore,should scientifically and reasonably identify risks and weaknesses of production system,quantitatively analyze.Early-waring of metallurgical enterprises has great significance for effective prevention of hazards and accidents.This paper is a research on hazard of metallurgical production system,the purpose of this paper is to extract a set of risk assessment methods and early warning program for China's metallurgical production systemsBy analyzing the nickel-iron alloy smelting production process characteristics and hazard identification,find its major risk factors and harmful accidents that may occur.And apply fault tree analysis method to explore their basic events,lay the foundation for the establishment of early warning index system.Take melt water explosion of nickel iron alloy as an example,use fault tree analysis,get the structure importance of the basic event.By analyzing the establishment principle and the establishment procedures of early warning index system for safety production,established metallurgical enterprise safety production multilevel early warning index system,including human factors,material factors,environmental factors and management factors.Use the fuzzy membership function to normalize the early warning indicators,established the risk assessment method based on the risk membership function.Apply AHP to calculate the weight of each level index,and established hazard assessment based on weight analysis and hazard membership function.Based on the comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign security early warning method,built the safety production early warning model for metallurgical enterprise based on support vector machine(SVM).And established two parameter optimization method based on the grid search and cross validation method and based on particle swarm optimization and cross validation method.Combined with metallurgical enterprise safety production process and early warning model designed early warning information system.Apply MATLAB and supporting software designed AHP,grid-based search and cross-validation of parameter optimization method,PSO and cross-validation of parameters optimization method and support vector machine algorithm MATLAB program,and the main interface of the early warning information system and each module is realized.The program can provide the basis for safety production early warning of metallurgical enterprises.Take a nickel iron alloy smelting enterprises as example,apply production safety warning model and early warning information systems on the production status early warning analysis,draw the warning level of the enterprise,and evaluated the risk of each index,concluded the index that with the largest influence on the safety production.And according to the unsafe factors,prevention and control measures are proposed.
