Pesticides with ryanodine receptors targets appear shifts the Highly toxic?highly Residual and unfriendly to the environment situation of the traditional pesticide.3-Bromo-N-[4-chloro-2-methyl-6-[(methylamino)carbonyl]phenyl]-1-(3-chloro-2-py ridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide(generic names:chlorantraniliprole, test code:DPX-E2Y45)which is discovered and developed by Du Pont have a novel mode of action with unique chemical structure and show excellent efficacy,a nocross-resistance to existing insecticides, broad insecticidal spectrum against lepidopterous insectpests, excellent safety against mammalian. The structure of chlorantraniliprole is as follows:chorantraniliproleBased on the related literatures, several synthesis routes of chlorantraniliprole were evaluated in this paper, and we choose an reasonable synthesis of chlorantraniliprole which was successfully explored,Adopting 2-amino-3-methyl-benzoic acid and 2,3-dichloropyridine for the main beginning raw material. The route is made up of several steps including nucleophilic substitution,Michael addition reaction, bromination, oxidation, hydrolyzation, chlorination. The process development of the intermediates and chlorantraniliprole was optimized,The effects of the reaction time, the reaction temperature, molar ratio of reactants and suitable solvent have been compared and discussed emphatically.the better synthetic process was provided.Procedure for the chlorantraniliprole was developed.Their structures were confirmed by means of 1H NMR,GC-MS.The physical data of intermediates were provided. And the title compounds were characterized by IR,1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis. The spectroscopic properties of these compounds were also discussed.
