Trenching equipment operation resistance,the author of this paper big technology bottlenecks and ditch poor building quality research on bionics,digging soil animals rabbits for bionic prototype,study its efficient mining under the different soil environment function mechanism,to establish the rabbit efficient mining mechanism and between the characteristics of the furrowing device,finish of single disc type opener the bionic optimization of design parameters,and then design a device for high speed trenching drag reduction,the concrete research content is as follows:1)bionic prototype analysis and bionic trench opening device designTaking the rabbit as the biological prototype,the characteristics of the surface structure and movement pattern of the rabbit's paw were extracted,and three bionic furrow openers were designed based on its biological characteristics.The contour curve of the rabbit's front paw was extracted,and the contour curve of the front paw was applied to the groove cutting edge surface of the single disk furrow opener to design a high-speed bionic furrow opener.The dynamic bionic mechanism was designed according to the contractible state of the rabbit's muscle when digging,and the bionic mechanism was combined with the high-speed bionic furrow opener to design the highspeed dynamic bionic furrow opener and the disc-type high-speed bionic furrow opener.2)performance simulation test and analysis of bionic ditching deviceThe EDEM discrete element software is used to simulate and compare the traditional unit-disc ditcher with the three kinds of bionic ditcher.Performance analysis of drag reduction: the working resistance is from large to small,which are: traditional unit disk groove opener,high-speed bionic groove opener,high-speed dynamic bionic groove opener,and disk-type high-speed dynamic bionic groove opener.When the operation speed is constant,the drag reduction rate will increase with the increase of the operation depth.When the operation depth is constant,the operation speed has no significant effect on the drag reduction effect of high-speed bionic trench cutters,while the drag reduction effect of the other two bionic trench cutters will be enhanced with the increase of the operation speed.Among them,when the operating speed is 12km/h and the operating depth is 70 mm,the drag reduction efficiency reaches a maximum of 17.45%.Analysis on the construction performance of ditches: the traditional single-disk ditches have the largest width of soil disturbance,and the difference between highspeed dynamic bionic ditches and disk-type high-speed dynamic bionic ditches has little difference in the width of soil disturbance,and both of them are smaller than traditional single-disk ditches and high-speed bionic ditches.When the seed groove is formed,the bottom of the seed groove formed by the traditional single-disk furrow opener,high-speed dynamic bionic furrow opener and high-speed high-speed dynamic bionic furrow opener is relatively smooth,and the bottom of the seed groove formed by high-speed dynamic bionic furrow opener is uneven,which does not meet the requirements of constructing the seed groove.4)soil tank verification test of bionic ditching deviceBased on the results of simulation test,the soil groove test was carried out on the three kinds of ditches that meet the requirements of planting ditches,and the working resistance of the three kinds of ditches under different operating speeds and depths were tested,as well as the parameters such as disturbance amount of soil measured by the ditches under various factors.The experimental results show that the working resistance of the three types of furrows increases with the increase of operating depth,the drag reduction effect of the single-disk furrow opener and high-speed bionic furrow opener does not change significantly with the increase of operating speed,and the drag reduction effect of the high-speed bionic furrow opener increases with the increase of operating speed.The accuracy of the simulation results is verified by soil tank test.The disc-type high speed dynamic bionic furrow opener designed in this paper has a better drag reduction effect when compared with the traditional single-disk furrow opener,which provides technical support and methods for the simulation and research of the future furrow opener.
