Research On Cooperation Mode Of High-speed Railway Express Service Enterprises Based On Game Analysis

With the continuous development of Internet technology,the tertiary industries such as online shopping and e-commerce,which mainly focus on small and high value-added goods,are developing rapidly,and the requirements for the transportation capacity of express enterprises are also becoming higher.The transportation capacity has become the core resource affecting the development of express industry.At the same time,in recent years,the scale of China's high-speed railway network is expanding rapidly,and high-speed rail transportation has timeliness and reliability,which is becoming a new choice for express delivery enterprises.However,the current cooperation of high-speed rail express enterprises in China is in the initial stage,and it is not clear how to choose the cooperation mode,which leads to the slow cooperation process among enterprises,and causes serious obstacles to the efficient use of high-speed rail transportation resources for express enterprises,which greatly delays the development process of high-speed rail modernization.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the choice of cooperation mode among express service enterprises of high-speed rail.First of all,through the definition of the concept of high-speed rail express,this paper summarizes the current situation of China's high-speed rail express industry.Then,taking the high-speed rail transport enterprises and express delivery enterprises as the research object,through the collation of relevant literature,it is clear that the direction of research is based on the game theory and the analysis of the choice of cooperation mode between enterprises.Based on the analysis of the motivation and basis of cooperation,the cooperation mode of express service enterprises in high-speed railway can be divided into contract cooperation mode,strategic alliance mode and quasi integration mode.According to the relationship between high-speed rail transport enterprises and express delivery enterprises,the corresponding game model is constructed.By solving the equilibrium solution of the above model and comparing the profits of participating enterprises in different modes,the paper puts forward the actions that high-speed rail transport enterprises and express enterprises should take respectively.This paper analyzes the influence of the internal and external environment of the enterprise on the cooperation mode of the enterprise,evaluates the relevant influencing factors by Delphi method,and finally obtains the cooperation success probability of the high-speed rail express service enterprises under different modes by multiplying the two matrixes.More systematic help highspeed rail express service enterprises to choose the cooperation mode;finally,the successful cooperation between China Railway Express and SF express is analyzed to verify the correctness of the above game model,and the experience of cooperation between the two sides is sorted out.The results show that:(1)under the mode of strategic alliance cooperation,the agreed freight rate is the highest;(2)under the mode of contractual cooperation,the market freight rate is the highest when the express enterprises are in the leading position,while under the quasi integration mode,the market freight rate is the lowest;(3)under the mode of contractual cooperation,the high-speed rail transportation enterprises in the leading position can increase profits.But for express companies in a leading position does not necessarily increase their own profits.Therefore,for express companies,in order to achieve the centralized control of the high-speed rail express supply chain,we should establish a joint venture industry to make the cooperation mode of both sides a strategic alliance mode.High speed rail transport enterprises should also actively expand customer resources and strive to be in the leading position in cooperation;express enterprises should consider appropriate profit sharing to promote long-term cooperation with high-speed rail transport enterprises.
