Wenzhou,located in the south wing of Zhejiang Province,is an important part of Zhejiang Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone and plays an important role in the construction of national marine economic development demonstration zone.With a total coastline of 1248 kilometers and a sea area of 8649 square kilometers,Wenzhou has a good foundation for marine economic development.In recent ten years,the total output value of Wenzhou's marine industry has increased year by year,which is beneficial to Wenzhou and even Zhejiang The impact of the provincial marine economy is significant.In recent years,China has always adhered to the regional coordinated development strategy and the national marine development strategy.The marine economy has become an important growth point of Wenzhou's economy.The development of marine economy is one of the strategic priorities of Wenzhou's sustainable economic development.The coastal areas are densely populated and the economic activities are relatively frequent.The marine economy has developed to a certain extent in recent years,but due to various natural and human factors Under the influence of element,the ecological environment is suffering unprecedented damage.Wenzhou marine economic development will put forward new requirements for the ecological environment and other aspects,affecting the development of the ecological environment.Therefore,the coordinated development of marine economic development and ecological environment has become an important research issue in Wenzhou City,to achieve the comprehensive and sustainable development of Wenzhou region.While paying attention to the economic development of coastal areas,we should also strengthen the detection and protection of the ecological environment in this area.In the calculation and analysis of the coordination between marine economy and ecological environment in Wenzhou City,this study is based on the research theories and methods of many excellent scholars at home and abroad.According to the development status and existing problems of the first,second and third industries of marine economy and ecological environment in Wenzhou City,after following the principle of index selection and analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various measurement models,it selects the appropriate model Based on the previous research results of the relationship between marine economy and ecological environment,the index system of marine economy and ecological environment subsystem of Wenzhou City is established.Using entropy method,according to the mathematical calculation model of coordination degree,the coordination degree of marine economy and ecological environment of Wenzhou in 2009-2018 is calculated,and the comprehensive development level and coordination degree of marine economy and ecological environment of Wenzhou are empirically analyzed.The conclusion is: 2009-2018 The coordinated state of marine ecological environment and economic development in Wenzhou City experienced a development process of "maladjusted recession type coordinated development type transitional coordinated development type coordinated development type".Based on the results,the factors influencing the coordinated development of marine economy and ecological environment in Wenzhou City are analyzed briefly.Finally,the coordinated development of marine economy and ecological environment in Wenzhou City is promoted from two aspects of objectives and countermeasures.It is proposed to adhere to the linkage between land and sea,optimize the marine industrial structure,prevent and control marine pollution,restore the ecological environment,integrate marine resources,and realize the sustainable development of marine economy It is suitable for Wenzhou to coordinate the specific measures of sustainable development.
