Railway transportation plays an important role in economic development and people's lives.With the development of electrification level,electrified railway has become the mainstream type of modern railway with stronger capacity.When a serious accident occurs on the railway,it will often cause huge economic losses and endanger personal safety.When the accident occurs,it is necessary to transport the relief materials and rescue personnel to the accident site as quickly as possible to repair the accident.This paper studies the resource scheduling scheme for electrified railway repairs.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of railway emergency repair model,path planning,electrified railway accident.Establishing a preliminary understanding of China's railway emergency rescue system and electrified railway contact network by understanding the relevant regulations of railway emergencies.The principle and optimization process of the bacteria colony chemotaxis algorithm were studied.It laid a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,for the railway emergency repair model,the Floyd algorithm is improved to solve the shortest path problem in the variable node state.This paper This paper comprehensively considers the impact of the geographical location of the accident site on overall repair process and the level of emergency demand for resources at the accident site.Establish a multi-objective model with the minimum loss and the maximum emergency control degree due to the road failure,The Multi-objective Bacterial Colony Chemotaxis(MOBCC)algorithm was used to solve the problem to obtain the optimal initial transportation scheme.Finally,this paper analyzes the resource demand status of electrified railway under various accidents.By defining the emergency resource vector and fault demand vector,the minimum allocation fitness is the goal,and the optimal allocation strategy of emergency resources and repair tasks is obtained.On this basis,the goal is to optimize the overall loss due to road failure and the maximum emergency control degree,and obtain the optimal resource allocation plan.
