The pelagic islands and surrounding waters are rich in tourism resources and fishery resources.In order to fully develop these islands,it is necessary to ensure a stable and sustainable supply of green energy resources.If can break the traditional diesel power generation mode and fully exploit the abundant renewable energy resources of the pelagic islands,it will provide strong energy support for green development of the pelagic islands.However,the pelagic islands are small in area and mostly distributed in island groups.On the basis of the complete development of tourism and fisheries,renewable energy generating devices of corresponding scale cannot be arranged on a single island.And if the island groups can be united and unified,pelagic clustering islands can be divided into load center islands and resource islands according to the functional orientation,the problem of insufficient island area can be effectively solved.At the same time,the full electrification of the vessels required for tourism and fisheries can effectively reduce the use of diesel in the development of load center islands and increase the penetration rate of renewable energy.However,in this type of pelagic clustering islands energy system with multiple types of electric ships,new scheduling problems will be faced.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic framework of the pelagic clustering islands energy network and the power generation characteristics of renewable energy,and analyzes the problems and challenges of the pelagic clustering islands energy dispatching framework.Aiming at the space-time characteristics of electric ships that need to be considered in the energy dispatching process of pelagic clustering islands with multi-type electric ships,the travel characteristics of each ship are analyzed which lays a foundation for subsequent charging control and emergency dispatch.Aiming at the charging scheduling problem of multi-type electric ships and energy storage batteries on resource islands,according to the needs of different new energy output scenarios,different charging scheduling objective functions and charging constraints are determined based on the fully considering the working characteristics and travel characteristics of ships.The simulation and comparison of the example verify that the resource island charging control strategy can fully meet the travel needs of each ship and complete the effective consumption of new energy.Aiming at the emergency dispatching power supply problem of the electric ship V2 G characteristics in the load center island under extreme scenes,this paper establishes the load importance model and fully considers the load center island network constraints,ship scheduling constraints and resource island charging constraints,etc.in the emergency dispatching process,and establishes an emergency dispatching model for the island power grid with the maximum value of recovery load importance.The simulation results show that the emergency dispatching model of this paper can fully consider load importance value and complete emergency power supply to the load center island.
